Registration will be held at the Sumner County Fairgrounds

Thursday July 28, 2011, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday July 31, 2011, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

 

DOUBLE FEES AFTER 4:00 p.m. July 31, 2011

 

Each Contestant must have reached her 16^th birthday, but not her 21st by

 January 31, 2012, and MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SUMNER COUNTY for the Fair year.

A Contestant cannot qualify if she has ever been married, had a child or been convicted of a felony per State Convention Rules and Regulations.

***FAIREST OF THE FAIR WINNER IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE STATE CONVENTION IN JANUARY, 2012***

Costumes must be formal and floor length.  Contestants will not be allowed to carry flowers during judging in the County or State contest.  Please come already dressed, there are no dressing rooms available.

Contestants should come to the table in front of the Secretary’s Office at 7:30 p.m. to obtain their numbers.  None of the contestants in last year’s State Contest shall be eligible in this year’s contest.

Only contestants are allowed in the arena.  All others must remain outside the arena.  No Cell Phones allowed in the arena.  Violation of these two rules could disqualify the contestant from the pageant.

Contestants will be judged on:  Beauty, Poise and Personality.

 Fairest of the Fair - $200.00 and Trophy

1^st Runner Up - $100.00 and Trophy

2^nd Runner Up - $100.00 and Trophy

3^rd Runner Up:  Trophy

4^th Runner Up:  Trophy
