Open only to Family & Community Education Club Members. All Educational Exhibits must be entered by 12:00 Noon on Monday. Doors of the Women’s Building will be locked every night at 10:00 p.m. Entries MUST be removed between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on SUNDAY.
Family & Community Educational Exhibits Booth Theme: “A Family A-Fair” (This class will be judged on Tuesday morning)
Awards will be on the basis of the following score card:
Premiums: 1st: $65.00 2nd: $60.00 3rd: $55.00 4th: $50.00 All other exhibits $40.00 each

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Open to all adult women and men in Sumner County. No article which has been exhibited before in the Sumner County Fair may be exhibited. Only one entry in each lot of any department will be accepted. All entries (articles) must have exhibitor’s name, address and whether made, canned or baked by the person who enters the exhibit. All entries (articles) except baked products must be entered between 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Judging will be Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. Baked products will be entered between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the University of Tennessee Extension Office, 658 Hartsville Pike, Gallatin. Judging will be at 11:30 at the Extension Office and entries will be removed between 12:30—1:30 from the UT Extension Office. Checks for winners will be tendered on Sunday between 1:00 and 2:30 p.m. at the Fairgrounds. Entries of baked products can be entered only by non-professional woman or man. Persons baking for bakeries or having license for selling baked products are not eligible to enter competition. All entries must be picked up on Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Not responsible for any articles left after 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
